This plugin will manage and rotate your Google Adsense and other ads on your WordPress blog. It automatically recognises many ad networks including Google Adsense, AdBrite, Adify, AdGridWork, Adpinion, Adroll, Chitika, Commission Junction, CrispAds, OpenX, ShoppingAds, Yahoo!PN, and WidgetBucks. Other ad networks can be used as well. Extremely user-friendly.

• Akismet checks your comments against the Akismet web service to see if they look like spam or not. You need an API key to use it.
• To access your Akismet Statistics go to Dashboard>Akismet Stats
• You can review the spam it catches under Comments
• To show the total number of spams on your blog, go to Appearance > Widgets and drag and drop the Akismet tab on your sidebar.

• This is a rather simple but very useful plugin that aligns your images correctly in your feed.
• Just install it. No preferences are available.

• Out-of-the-box SEO for your WordPress blog. Lets you choose title, description, keywords etc, in order to make your blog more “appealing” to search engines.
• To configure AIOSEOP go to Settings>All-in-One SEO.
• Don’t forget to select the “Enable Plugin” option in the configuration panel (it’s the first option) after you have done. Otherwise it just wont work.
• After installation, an AIOSEOP window will appear under the post/page text editor where you can change some SEO-related settings (e.g. Title, Tags etc). If you don’t change these values, AIOSEOP will use values based on your post’s/page’s details.

Apture makes it easy to add contextual images, videos, reference guides, links, maps, music, news, documents and books to your blog to create a connected media experience that keeps readers engaged on your site.

• After enabling the plugin, you have to sign in to Apture. No worries, the registration process takes a couple of seconds and all you need is a valid email address.
• The Apture menu is available above the post/page text editor. Select the text you want to create rich links for and click on “Apture Link” image.

Show related conversations (from other blogs, Twitter, Digg, FriendFeed and more) inline with your own comments.

• Configuration Page: Settings>Backtype Connect
• Due to a bug, when you try to access BackType Connect via Settings>Backtype Connect you are taken to sciblogs homepage. To avoid this, in the URL replace the “?page=BackTypeConnect” with “?page=BackType%20Connect”
  e.g. instead of:  http://yourblog.sciblogs.net/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=BackTypeConnect
  you type: http://yourblog.sciblogs.net/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=BackType%20Connect
• After installation do not forget to configure and enable the plugin from the configuration page.
